What city can this be crafted in?

Is there any AL60 that isn't 15k?

Yes, the ones in Droknar's is identical to the 15k armor. The one that's like Judge's armor is the Censor's set.

The Censor's armour in Droknar's Forge has exactly the same stats as the Judge's armour, and costs 1.5 platinum plus materials per piece.

Doesnt look exactly the same.. some say it "glows" or something like that. But I never had a mob refuse to fight me cuz of the way I looked. =)

it doesnt glow it has some different of material on the clothes and small details that look really cool i got that armor on screenshoot section of this forum
